Camp Applications Open Tonight @ Midnight!

It's finally time to apply for Camp 2011!  Our application process has changed for both Campers and Staff.  Before your log in to start your application, please be sure to read all of the instructions/information.

Campers - This year we are no longer accepting checks.  In order to complete your application you must submit your payment via credit card or eCheck.  Remember to apply by our Early Bird Deadline to take advantage of our lower registration price of $395.

Staff - Our selection process has changed this year and we will be giving priority placement to applications received by April 30th.  If you are unsure of your plans this summer it is still better to apply early and request a change than applying later and possibly not getting placed at Camp.

Hye Camp 2011 - Applications Open in ONE Week!

It's time once again...applications for Campers and Staff will be available on Valentine's Day, Monday, February 14th!!!

We encourage you all to be Early Birds and apply by April 30th:

Campers:  Register early and lock in the discounted price of $395.  Remember, this year we are no longer accepting checks (credit cards and eChecks only) and your payment must be submitted online in order to complete your application.  Beginning May 1st, the regular registration price of $450 will go into effect.

Staff:  Apply early and receive priority placement this summer, meaning your staff confirmations will go out to you earlier than everyone else and give you a better chance of securing the week and position of your choice.  If you are unsure of your summer availability, we strongly encourage you to apply by April 30th.  It is better to apply early and request a change than applying later and possibly not getting placed at Camp.

We are already planning for Camp 2011 and are so excited for all the fun things to come.  We know your schedules are getting busier every year, so we are sending you our Camp dates so you can start planning for the summer.

Week 1:  July 17 - July 23
Week 2:  July 24 - July 30
Week 3:  July 31 - August 6
Week 4:  August 7 - August 13

Staff and Camper applications will be available ONLINE ONLY at www.hyecamp.com beginning on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2011.  We encourage you to register as soon as you know your summer plans and take advantage of our Early Bird pricing which ends on April 30th.  Camp fills up fast and weeks do sell out quickly. 

With all of its success, we will also be having our annual Family Day up at Camp. Please mark your calendars for Saturday, April 9, 2011.  It will be a day of fun at the Camp property and a great opportunity for NEW campers and families to see our Camp facilities.
