Greetings Campers, Family and Friends of Hye Camp from our Winter Wonderland.

From the Camp Committee and me, we want to wish you all a blessed Christmas Season filled with the hope and joy of our Lord. May 2016 prove to be a glorious year of growth in our faith and love in our hearts for one another.

It snowed here at camp yesterday and last night. Tonight our camp is covered in a blanket of snow and the temp is 26 degrees. Burr!

Many have been asking for an update about the Rough Fire. On November 6, USDA sent out word that the Rough Fire was 100% contained. Thank you for all your prayers and good thoughts. In mid October, the Forest Service chose our camp for housing a large crew and they were very happy and comfortable here. God heard our prayers and guided the firefighters in saving not only all our structures but many businesses, camps and residence. God bless the brave men and women who fought the fire so selflessly.
