Staff Application

The Armenian Church Summer camp program is run by a staff of volunteers. These volunteers generously contribute their time and resources to our camp program. These are unpaid volunteer positions, and staff often make a small token monetary donation to help subsidize the costs of a week at camp.

Step 1: Gather information needed for your application

Step 2: Apply online (will take approximately 25 minutes)

Step 3: Submit Payment online (credit card or electronic check)

Step 4: Receive email confirmation that we have received your application

Step 5: Receive email notification of acceptance into a specific week of camp (sometime in May)

Step 6: Complete online staff training and attend mandatory training session

Note: All staff must attend one of of the two mandatory training sessions in order to participate in the camp program:

  • June 17 - Primary Session:  Southern CA St. Gregory, Pasadena
  • June 24 - Central Valley CA St. Gregory, Fowler

Staff Application

We are accepting applications for 17 year-old applicants as C.I.T positions only.  All staff members must be 18 years old by the Saturday prior to the week you are planning to attend.

If you are 17 years old at the time of application: Your application must be filled out by a parent or legal guardian.

STOP AND CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING

NEW LOGIN REQUIRED:

  • Our database is new so everyone is required to create a new login even if you previously attended camp
  • If you have used Active.com to register for sports teams, classes, etc., it will recognize your email and will have saved some of your information

Here are a few tips to make registration easier:

  • Participants may only attend one week of camp
  • Have Medical Insurance Card, Driver’s License, and Emergency Contacts nearby
  • Answer all the questions that are marked with a red asterisk (*) or you will be prevented from moving on to the next section or completing the registration.  Type N/A or NONE if the question does not apply to applicant
  • If you leave the page inactive for 20 minutes, you will be logged out and your information will be lost.  You must complete the registration(s) form in 1 hour or you will be logged out and lose all your entries (but it should not take that long)   

NEW FEATURE:
There is an option to upload a picture.  We STRONGLY encourage that you add a photo to the application.  This will help us identify you when you arrive at camp.

Staff must be at least 18 years old to apply. Camp counselors and program staff can apply for various positions using the following link:

Clergy/Deacons and ALL Guests

Clergy, Deacons, and Special Guests who wish to visit Camp should use the following link to register for this year's summer camp program.  Please note: even if you are only attending Camp for a day or two, you still need to fill out this application:

Nurses and Lifeguards

This link is only for nurses and lifeguards who have been contacted by the Camp Committee and asked to fill out an additional application.  If you are a certified Nurse/Lifeguard but have not been contacted by the Camp Committee, please fill out the regular Staff applicaton (above).
