We are here safe and sound. We had our first prayer service at camp. We are all excited and getting ready for our first ice-cream social. We will be heading out to campfire soon where we will wrap up the night with some yummy smores, songs and games. Have a great night and we will be back with some more exciting news tomorrow. Sleep well.

It's Gina. Holy Moly! Camper spaces are nearly full! The Camp Committee is working hard to move campers off of the wait lists and into each week. Not an easy task with the volume of registrations this year. Unfortunately, this may be the first year when we can not place all the applicants.
I am working with the Camp Board and Diocese to add 2 new cabins on Camper Hill by 2017. This will allow us to have 128 additional campers each yearl. Another great project underway is the Retreat Center with Chapel and Office. The Chapel/Retreat Center will be the heart of camp and serve as a classroom with state of the art audio visual. We will have a place for activities during inclement weather instead of having to use the dining hall. There are upgrades planned for staff housing as well.
We are planning fund raising events by region starting late summer, early fall to make these projects come to fruition. Keep your eyes and ears open for events happening near you.
WE STILL NEED COUNSELING AND PROGRAM STAFF FOR WEEKS 1, 2 AND 3.
